You will need to have it programmed by Ford dealer or Protech Auto Systems in Florida or Flagship One in New York - it is not an item that can be programmed with scan tool!
Module Requires Programming after ECM Install – you can not install yourself!
Units must be flashed ON the vehicle. Vehicle specific on-car programming must be performed after install to prevent drivability issues! Correct VIN and OE Number Required!
Per Ford TSB 14-0059, replace any ignition coil-on-plug and spark plugs associated with diagnostic trouble codes before replacing the PCM.
Fits: 2008 Tribute, Mariner, Escape with 2.3 motor with Manual transmission only
