The top tab was partially fabricated (will need a tap screw), one of the lower tabs broken off, but has been re-attached (Repaired check the highlighted pictures) there are some stress marks on the right-side edge (Check last pictures.

 Tested all are in good working condition. The lens may have sign of cosmetic wear like light scratches or road wear please check all pictures carefully.
