Vintage Screw On Earrings - Unusual Painted Black & Silver Tone Dangle

These earrings measure about 1.75" long. Some paint chipping to painted area. Some tarnish/dents/chipping to silver tone areas. Screws are a different metal color than the rest of the earrings.
