Item description for US LINCOLN PENNY DIE CANCELLED AND DEFACED ON WOOD BASE WITH 2 PENNIES AND DOME

This is the rare US LINCOLN PENNY DIE CANCELLED AND DEFACED.

It is mounted on a wood stand with two pennies and is covered by a removable glass dome. I can only see the date on one of the pennies and it is 1959-D which should have the Memorial reverse. The other penny shows a Wheatback reverse not I cannot see the date.

I do not know the date of the die but it has the following numbers around the base of the die D3-464603 (I could not get them all in one picture) I do not know if that identifies the date of the die.

Weight: with the wood stand, two pennies and the glass dome is 15 ounces.
