Antique (1910-1919) Limoges France Union Ceramique 14” Meat Plate

This is a beautiful meat tray. It’s 14 inches gold handles. Please see the photos see the last three photos. There is some rubbing of the gold on both handles and there’s two specs in the finish. I believe it will happen during when it was made.
