In very fine condition with only some wear - see scans, mostly damage top center and bottom center of cover - but not falling apart, this Dragon Magazine is from February 1993.  Scans include front and back cover as well as the content pages from the inside of the magazine. The series launched in 1976 and ceased publication in 2007.  It was a mainstay of the RPG industry.
