Vintage In Box Black and Gold AT&T Call Julie Before You Dig Ballpoint Pen

It is unused, but has been in the box so long the ink is not coming out. No marks on the pen itself. It is plastic with metal band in the middle. Plunger works without an issue. Measures 5 3/8" in length. Please see photos.
