A brass figure pipe tamper, refering to a Dickens character. The tamper base is small, only 1cm wide (for smaller pipes I assume) Weighs 1 ounce. One the back it is engraved "MADE IN" the country is very hard to make out. 
Measures: 2.5 inches
Condition: In good pre-owned condition.
