Vintage 1940 Ginger Rogers with Bob Hope black & white signed glossy photo.  Photo comes from the Oscars where Rogers won the  Academy Award for Best Actress.  Press photo is of Ms. Rogers & Bob Hope & has has been signed by black marker but I cannot make out what is says or know who signed it as there is NO Certificate Of Authenticity.  Please look at photos & make your own judgment on authenticity.  Photo looks like a grainy copy & not the actual photo, but is on glossy photo paper.  Photo is in good condition, but the sides have discoloration.  The back of photo has discoloration/residue from storage on self-adhesive paper sheets.  Please see photos.
