Fair-acceptable preowned condition.
Leather boards have bumped corners, lots of wear and soiling.
Inside in good condition with some light soiling, smudges.
Pages tanned from age, no writing, tears, or missing pages. It appears there are no notes written, but I did erase two words written in pencil. I didn't check every page.
Spine coming loose on back cover. See pic.
No dog-eared corners.
