Vintage 90's-Y2K Bechamel Black Velvety Velour top is V-Neck with long sleeves. Length covers tummy and hips and is figure friendly. Beautiful Poinsettia embroidered detail in red and gold with green leaves, beads and a few sequins. Notched neckline, pull on style. 

Condition is previously owned, gently and lightly worn, very slight fading and a few loose threads in the area where the embroidery and beading is. Nothing serious, but needs to be mentioned. This is still in wonderful condition, consistent with age and light gentle use.
