This is such a pretty dress with a high waist & a relaxed bottom skirt portion with large embroidered bishop sleeves. There is a open slit back & has 2 side slash pockets. Shoulder to shoulder measures 20" x pit to pit measures 19" x shoulder to hem measures 31.5" x sleeve length measures 22".
