1975 Vice President Nelson Rockefeller Facsimile Signed Black & White Glossy Photo with Free Frank Postmarked Envelope.  This black & white photo measures approx 8 1/4" x 10" & looks to have the signature signed by auto-pen & not by hand, but cannot guarantee the authenticity as there is no COA.  Photo is in good condition, but corners may have small bends.  The photo has a bit of discoloration & smudges around the edges from age & storage.  There is also some marks in the bottom right hand corner & look to be part of the developing process?  The back of photo has been stamped "Official Photograph The White House Washington 9JA75G1274".  The back of the photo is discolored too from age & storage.  The manilla free frank envelope measures approx 11 1/2" x 8 1/2" & has a postmark of Dec 16, 1976.  Front of the envelope has "Office of the Vice President Washington DC Official Business" as the return address & is stamped "Photographs Do Not Bend" below that.  Envelope is in good condition, but does have small bends to the corners & black marks on the back flap.  It was opened at the flap, so no tears present.  Please see photos for condition.
