Signed letter from Margaret Hughes, Photocopied Biography of Happy Rockefeller & original envelope.  The letter is typed on The Vice President's House Washington D.C. stationary, sent & signed by Margaret J. Hughes.  Letter measures approx 7" x 10 1/2" & is dated January 22, 1976.  Letter is a response to a request for memorabilia.  Letter has been tri-folded to fit in the envelope.  May have discoloration from age & storage.  There is not a COA for the authenticity of the Hughes signature, so see photos & judge for yourself.

The photocopy is of the Second Lady's biography & is in good condition, may have discoloration from age/storage & it has been tri-folded to fit envelope.  The 4 pages of the biography have been stapled together in the upper left hand corner.  Please note, this is a photocopy & not an original.  Please see photos. 

The original postmarked free frank envelope from the Office of the Vice President Washington DC has been opened at the back flap.  There are a couple of bends at the corners of the envelope.  Postmarked on the front & back Jan 22, 1976.  Envelope is in good condition free from tears & major stains, but does have some discoloration from age & storage.
