Vintage 1972 President Richard Nixon Signed Personalized Bookplate from "The Memoirs of Richard Nixon" & Original Envelope. Signature appears to be hand signed with a black felt tip pen, but I cannot be 100% sure & this does NOT come with a COA as it came from a relative's estate. Unused bookplate measures approx 4" x 5" & is made out of thin paper that is outlined in blue trim. Top of bookplate has the initials RN encircle in gold stars. Under that is "The Memoirs of Richard Nixon" & " Personally Autographed For", the recipients name & below that is the ink signature of Richard Nixon. Bookplate is in great condition free from tears, stains & bends. Corners are still sharp. Also comes with a typed information sheet measuring approx 5 1/2" x 4". Sheet is also in great condition free from tears, stains & bends. Original postmarked envelope measures approx 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" & has "Executive Residence, Sacramento, California" on the back flap & is in good condition. Envelope was sliced open at the top with the flat still sealed. Please see photos & judge authenticity for yourself as this does NOT have a COA.
