EVGA 400-HY-CL24-V1 Closed Loop 240 Liquid CPU Cooler Radiator RGB 240x120mm.

It only includes the items listed and seen in the pictures.

It is missing the Link USB cable, some of the fan and mounting screws and the CPU bracket. Also no screws to mount the Radiator.

See the video of the fans spinning. I was able to do a basic bench test of the LED's with a standard USB cable connected to a USB port. You will need the 4 wire EVGA Link USB cable for the LED's to function as intended.

Buyers should do their own research to make sure this item will work with their motherboard. I've seen some ads that say it's for AMD. But the manufacturer's description says AMD and Intel. I'm assuming if you bought it new in the box it would come with a bracket for AMD and Intel. Brackets and the EVGA Link USB are sold by other sellers .
