Lot of 2 1950 First Day of Issue Stamp with the Honoring Railroad Engineers of America 3 cents Stamp. Post office stamp is dated and from Jackson Tenn and the address is going to Phillip Clark of Hillsboro NH.  They are the envelopes only - not sure if there was ever any letter, one appears to never have been sealed and the other one was opened at the bottom and one side.  See pictures for best assessment of condition.  Please ask questions!
