L Coes Wrench Monkey Pipe Adjustable wood handle 8.5" long Worcester MA
This item is preowned. Not sure if this is a monkey or pipe wrench. I do not see any patents on it. One side says Coes Wrench Co Worcester, Mass U.S.A, and the other side says Mfd Under L Coes Pats Steel. From handle the back side head it measures about 8 1/2" long. The width of the top head is 2" long. The handle is wood on each side with metal in between. It does show wear like dings, dents, and scratches. The wood is cracked as shown in pictures, and it could use to be cleaned. It is also adjustable, but not adjusting. There are also the letter "F" carved one side of the wood and the letters "TR" on the other side of the wood. Also there is an L M stamped on one side of the metal. Other than that, I am not familiar with this tool, nor am I tool expert, so please ask any questions before purchasing to avoid any potential misunderstandings or problems. Sold as is, not cleaned, not adjusted that I am aware of, and not fixed by me. Given to us by family, I am now selling off as my husband is not a tool kind of guy. I am leaving any modifications, cleaning, repairs and the such to the new owner.
