The figure is incomplete, it is missing 2 weapons but includes original belt and shield. It is in good cosmetic condition, it has some light play wear like marks and scuffs. The wind up action works but shoulder is loose on the arm that spins and it can get caught up on legs or body while spinning. See Video Below to see it in action.
