1976 Wet Signed Letter from Minnesota Senator Hubert Humphrey & an unsigned black and white 8x10 Photo.  Typed letter is dated February
17, 1976 & is a reply to a request for memorabilia.  Letter is in good condition & does have a vertical crease along the right hand side & slight 
discoloration from age.  Photo is in good condition & corners are still mostly sharp, but there are 2 scuffs at the top edge in the middle of the 
white border.  It is NOT on regular photo paper, but on a thicker card stock.  The back of the photo does have discoloration/stains & looks like a rough spot from adhesive being removed.  Please note, I do NOT have a Certificate of Authenticity as these came from a relative's estate.  Items Do NOT come with an envelope.   Please see photos.
