1973 Wet Signed Letter from Minnesota Senator Hubert Humphrey. Typed letter is dated January 31, 1973 & is a reply for a memorabilia request. The
signed letter measures approx 8" x 10 1/2" & appears to have an actual signature. Please note, I do not have a COA as this came from a relative's estate.
The letter is on United States Senate Committee on Agriculture and Forestry Washington DC stationary. Letter is in fair condition & has discoloration/stains
around the edges of the the letter & on the back. There are multiple bends around the edges, but 3 of the 4 actual corners are still somewhat sharp however. Neither the
envelope nor the Congressional Record mentioned in letter are included. The Congressional Record mentioned held the eulogies for President Lyndon
