1973 Wet Signed Letter from Minnesota Senator Hubert Humphrey. Typed letter is dated January 11, 1973 & is a reply on a question about
Medicare. The signed letter measures approx 8" x 10 1/2" & appears to have an actual signature. Please note, I do not have a COA as this came
from a relative's estate. The letter is on United States Senate Committee on Agriculture and Forestry Washington DC stationary. Letter is in fair
condition & has discoloration/stains around the edges of the the letter as well as multiple bends at the corners. Back of the letter also has
discoloration & stains. Letter has a tri-fold & original free frank envelope is included. Please see photos & judge authenticity for yourself.
