Unsure of date. Item has some stains and was kept in wood chest with mothballs. Cleaning is buyer's responsibility. Item will be resented to best of ability by storing in area with scent absorption.

Seems to be silk.. not 100% sure. Back fabric piece is open at the top. Not sure if this is damage or functional. Looks to be somewhat custom with added hand painted texture on top of Print screen and fabric. Still very vibrant
