Back has engraving "Kreigsmarine fur tapfelkeit E. Raeder 4.8.1940" 

pocket watch currently does not wind, so non operational. But was operating around 10 years ago when originally purchased. Expect that if cleaned by a vintage clock repair person , will operate again.
