This is a vintage Mattel walking doll from 1968 featuring Lucy from the Peanuts Gang. The doll is named Skedaddle and has a blue outfit. It was manufactured in Hong Kong and is part of the Liddle Kiddles franchise. The doll does not come with a walker and is intended for girls but its true worth is for collectors of vintage Peanuts and figurines.
