These are made for a WIDE calf. If you carry your weight in the middle and have more average sized legs like I do, these will not work.

Heel is 3 1/4" measured at the back.

Boots are 21" tall from bottom of block heel to top of boot shaft.

Calf opening is 22". My calf measures 18" and I looked like a pirate. I would say you have to be pretty darn close to that 22" measurement for these to look right. These will fit slightly larger than 22" because they have a stretchy inset by the zipper.
