**Tag is from 1982 and the winner of the Green Jacket that year was Craig Stadler. The tag is New In Plastic Packaging. The ball chain inside the package doesn't have what I would call the "latch". Not sure how it is missing considering it is still in plastic packaging and there are no holes in the package.  Was made by Nelson Name Plate Company. See pictures for complete details.**
