This is a beautiful vintage handmade piece. The tag would have come with the "Vogue Young Fashionables" pattern. The craftsmanship is really quite good and the seams are very sturdy for its age. No rips, stains, or tears. 

I am estimating the date of this coat based on the "VYF" tag, style, the metal zipper.
