    • We ship all orders using FedEx services. We w ill post tracking number directly on the order detail page. Customer is responsible for being home or arranging delivery. If the package is returned shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
    • All packages under $200 will not have signature required.
    • All packages $200+ will require a Direct Signature.
    • Packages with a value of $150 or more will not be shipped to PO box addresses.

    • International Customers: We will declare the full value of the item. We will not declare as a gift. Customer is responsible for all custom fees and charges. Only Hangers does take responsibility for charges caused by importing products into the customer’s country.

We will gladly accept any return within 30 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. Returns must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new condition as determined by Only Hangers. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable.

  • We will exchange defective or damage Products within the warranty Period. This is usually 30days unless stated otherwise.
  • Returns for refund are accepted for the first 30 days after customer receives the item.
  • If a customer returns item by choice meaning not caused by defect or performance that originally had free shipping there will be a $6 fee deducted from the refund. If there were shipping charges in this case they will not be refundable.

  • Any problem with an Item must be reported within warranty period.
  • If items are damaged in Transit Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the Package or no claim will be allowed.

  • DAMAGES:

    The carrier is responsible for damage in transit.

    1. UPS DAMAGE / FEDEX: If you discover damage after opening package, call UPS or FEDEX for an inspection. Save all packing materials. Do not return package to Only Hangers yourself.
    2. Common Carrier damage: Inspect all merchandise before driver leaves. Note all damages on both your copy and driver's copy of freight claim with the carrier.
    3. Concealed damages: After opening package, call carrier immediately for inspection. Save all packing materials. If carrier does not respond within 10 days,contact Only Hanger's Customer Service Department for assistance. It is important to open all cartons immediately to be eligible to file a freight claim.
    • PayPal payments must be from a verified PayPal account.
      • If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account we have the right to   void and cancel your order
        • In the case the incorrect address is entered during checkout we cannot make edits to the address, but we will fully refund you upon request so   you can reorder with the correct address
