One of the license plates is stained. I am not quite sure exactly what is on it. It doesn't feel like rust, but you should also assume that it won't come off. Please look closely at all of the photos. I don't use stock images; this is the exact item available for purchase. Plate may have handwriting on the back as indicated in photos.
