Basic information: Material / Silver 800 and Hot Enamel Weight / 6.6 gr. Size / 9 The Latvian Volunteer Legion is a national military formation created by the German command during the Second World War on the territory of Latvia. This formation was part of the troops of Germany and was formed from two divisions: the 15th Grenadier and the 19th Grenadier. These rings were produced by a company in Riga already in the 30s. The production of these rings was stopped in 1940 with the “entry” of Latvia into the USSR. The production of these rings was resumed after the liberation of Latvia by German troops. These rings were very often worn by legionnaires and other soldiers of Latvian origin. Please review all photos closely, since they are a large part of my item description (all made with daylight, to show the color as authentic as possible).
