Very good, gently used WORKING CONDITION - TESTED. Battery compartment is clean. Plush is clean. No damage, no odors, no issues. There is some age staining to top of hat. From a smoke-free environment. 

About 8.5" tall. Requires two AA batteries (not included). 

He says "I'm Rory the Lion and I'm proud to be an American. Let's say the Pledge of Allegiance together..."

Then he recites the Pledge of Allegiance. (all in English).
