What is the after-sales policy of the product?
Mower body under 1 years. We provide helpline, email, English support and local repair services.
Do I need to bury the boundary wires in the ground?
No. The boundary wires can be nailed directly to the ground. After a few weeks, the wires will be covered with dirt and grass and can't be seen.
What if my front and back yard are separated?
OWLMOW can manage multipe yards, if there is a path between these yards, robot can go through the path to mow all ares of your lawn.
When I am not at home, can the robot be used remotely?
OWLMOW robot will use your home Wi-Fi to connect to the Internet. With OWLMOW App, you can remotely preset and set the mowing schedule, also check robot status in realtime.
There are already other lawn mowing robots in my yard. Can the boundary wires be shared?
Yes, the OWLMOW robotic lawnmower can adapt to various brands of lawnmower boundary wires.

Return Policy
• We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
