Somers USA Denver Colorado made. Size Large. The V at the neck, the wrist cuffs, and waist cuff are all stretchy. 

Approximate measurements taken laying flat and not stretched:

Shoulder to shoulder: 24"

Chest: 46"

Waist: 17.75" across

Sleeve length: 27" (from shoulder to end of wrist cuff)

Length: 32.5" (back of collar down to bottom edge)

Very good condition. There are a few small hardly noticeable stains as pictured and pointed out. Missing one small tag behind the big tag as pictured. No holes or repairs noted.
