Free, Same-day Shipping
We will ship your watch free of charge, on the same day we receive confirmation of payment (if received before 5pm U.S. Eastern Time), to any verified member address within the 48 contiguous United States.  Tracking number will be immediately available.


Returns
You may return your watch for a refund, at any time within 30 days of your purchase.  We must ask that you comply with the following requirements:
1.  Please notify us of your intent to return your watch.  We will issue an authorization number immediately.  Please include that number when returning your watch.  We are unable to accept shipments with payment due.  
2.  Please return your watch in the same condition in which you received it : unworn, unaltered, unsized, and in undamaged condition, all boxes, books, cards, hang tags attached, protective film in tact.  (We are sure that you understand that we must re-sell the watch to someone who will expect to receive it in this condition.)
3.  Please ship your watch via FedEx, UPS or USPS, with insurance for the full purchase price, and with signature confirmation.

Upon receipt of your watch in compliance with all of the above, we will issue a refund via your original form of payment.  We are sorry to be unable to issue refunds if the above conditions are not met.  We are also unable to be responsible if your watch is lost in transit as we will have no standing to pursue its recovery.  Thank you for your understanding.


Warranty
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.  The Warranty covers defects in manufacturing or materials, movement, and battery replacement.  The Warranty excludes scratches or changes to the finish, damage to the glass, crystal, crown, stem, case, strap, or bracelet.  Damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear and/or physical abuse, or resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer's water resistance limitations is excluded from the Warranty.

During the warranty period, we will repair product defects, and absorb the costs of all parts, labor and return shipping.

To initiate the process, please notify us of your intention to make a warranty claim.  We will issue an authorization number immediately.  Please include this number when returning your watch.
