This 2001 limited edition NTRA (National Thoroughbred Racing Association) All-Star Jockey Championship Commemorative Stein, commissioned by Lone Star Park, at Grand Prairie, Texas, salutes the past NTRA All-Star Jockey Championship champions: Gary Stevens (1997), Shane Sellers (1998), Laffit Pincay, Jr. (1999), and Edgar Prado (2000)
The graphics depict a collage of the winning jockeys, with their names, and respective years in which they won.
These were marketed as a souvenir/commemorative stein leading up to the 2001 All-Star Jockey Championship
The top band of the stein has the date of the 2001 Championship - Friday, June 22, 2001.
Stein is in EXCELLENT CONDITION ~ No nicks, chips, cracks, flea bites, or damage.
Measures approx. 6 3/4" tall x 3" rim x 4 1/4" base diameter.
This stein would be a great addition to a stein or horse racing memorabilia collection!
