For the collectors of "postcard signs" there is a sign on the building. From what I understand the gentleman seated on the porch bench is Mr. Wm Bowers who managed the park for 15 years. It is noted on the back that there were originally only 12 of these postcards made. This is an original c1907-1915 real photo postcard.

Condition Description is normal wear associated with an old postcard or photo; it might have creases, corner bumps, ink, or pencil on the front. Please see photos for depiction of the condition.
