This is a factory original GM driver information screen trim bezel for the 8" screen. It is an assembly line leftover that has never been installed. However, it is lightly blemished from rubbing against other ones in a bin.  
It is from an assembly with GM part number 84743964 or 84743966. GM says it can also be used in place of 84499490, 84692392, 84569057, 84499492, 84569059, 84692394, 86820217, and 86820216. Match one of these to your part number to ensure compatibility! Seriously!!  

You would use this if your bezel needs replaced. (Missing, damaged, etc.) This is the trim panel only. No function components are included. (You should already have them.) Instructions for installation are not included. You shouldn't be attempting repairs/installs if you're not qualified.
