I purchased this from Boston Store. It may have been a return as there is only one tag-coming off the wrist. 

It is a waist-length Wool blend herringbone in back/white. There are a few thick "threads" that are a little loose here and there-typical of this material (see photo 2).  

Approximate Measurements are as follows:

underarm to underarm: 18"

shoulder to hem: 23"

top of shoulder to sleeve hem 23"
