This is the Two Tier Tidbit Tray from Spode in the Christmas Tree Pattern with the Green Trim and Made in England. The Larger bottom plate measures approx. 10 5/8" and the top plate approx. 7 3/4" It is in good pre-owned condition and comes with the original box though the  box has some wear from storage but serves its purpose for storing the tray if desired.
