Gorgeous mid century mod 1970's discontinued Sango Aquarius Apollo 2pc porcelain salad plates! Plate set has vibrant green and blue mid mod design graphic in center on white background. Plates are substantial weighing in over 1lb! Will mix and match with so many mid century dishes and serving pieces!

Plates are a wonderful slice of dining history! Perfect addition to any modern home or Sango Aquarius Apollo collection! We hit the mother-load of Sango Aquarius dishware (over 50 pieces) at a recent estate sale, so check out of shop to add to your collection or get one started! We are happy to combine orders to save on shipping costs!

Sango is the Japanese word for coral and the Sango Company was started in Japan in the 1950's as a porcelain company. They were moved to Indonesia in 1977 and are still making beautiful dishware today.

Plates are in good vintage condition! The usual light surface wear here and there to graphic and one plate has ding to rim edge (price reflects) and some spot on it's back side from years of adding flair to Ethel's tasty dishes, but nothing that distracts! Please see enlarged pics for best description and details.
