Here we have a Vintage Transformer Powered Adjustable Portable Desk Lamp Mid Century Lamp Model No. 95. It was made by Underwriters Laboratories. It is approx 20 1/2" tall when fully extended. The base is approx 5" wide. It is in good condition. It does have some imperfections and wear.
