This pepper is unbelievably sweet, with moderate heat of about 5,000 to 30,000 on the Scoville Heat Unit. 
The leaves and fruits are variegated. The fruits start out green with stripes and ripen to a bright red color in about 60 to 65 days.
Very easy to grow.
Delicious and nutritious and can be used in fish dishes, soups, salads, salsas, and hot sauces. It is often referred to as the fish pepper.
The plant reaches a height of about 18 to 24inches  and the fruit measures about 4 inches long and 1.5 inches wide.
