The shelf is custom made to hang accessories and has a number of special features. Unlike a typical mdf floating shelf, this shelf has an added wood layer along the length where the hooks are attached. This results in a very strong bond for the hooks. The shelf is deliberately kept somewhat light as the point of failure of a floating shelf is never the shelf itself but at the point of attachment to the wall. For this we have tested various anchors and we have included anchors manufactured by a German company that in our tests have provided the best support for the shelfs. We have also included the correct sized drill bit as it is important that the holes for the anchors are the correct size. Too large a hole will not create a strong bond with the wall. The hooks that are pre attached are custom designed, made of stainless steel, perfectly fit the tonal accessories and is consistently rated 5 stars. Our shelfs are also 9.5 inches wide which is a great size and larger than most other similar shelves in the market. Policies

If you do need to return your item, please contact us via email (you will receive an email when your product ships with additional details - Subject: Important information about your purchase). You will then be provided with a return shipping label and packing slip. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and return the item within 30 business days of the date you request a return, or your return will be canceled. Once we receive your order we will inspect the return. Please allow up to 5 business days of receiving the returned item for your refund.
