Guests of Honor included: The Honorable Charles E Wilson, Secretary of Defense, The Honorables Thomas S Gates Jr, The Under Secretary of the Navy, General Curtis E Lemay CIC Strategic Air Command, The Honorable John Stennis, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, The Honorable Carl Vinson, and many others. Measures about 6" x 9" when closed.
