The Icemaker is an OEM part compatible with Whirlpool refrigerators. It automatically produces ice cubes that are then dispensed for use through the refrigerator door. The ice maker uses water from the refrigerator's internal plumbing system which it then freezes into uniform ice cubes and stores in the ice bucket until needed.
