Preowned vintage 11.75"  item in awesome cosmetic distressed condition but still very sturdy.  The wiring and fixture have been removed.  Paint is black with a nice "chippy" appearance.    No glass included.   The two pieces slip together and are fastened with a screw - screw is not included.
