This is for a rare Euro market Partagas 3-cigar case & cutter in black leather for the Serie D #4 robusto size. This case is also unique in that it has a pocket on the back for the cutter instead of keeping them separate and always having to dig around for a cutter.  

Note that Partagas is an international multi-country brand. This was made in Spain not Cvba. Those products are always marked "Hecho en Cvba" to clearly distinguish them from everything else.
