Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no holes, tears or stains. The belt however is missing, but looks good without it or could be used with another one. So many colors could go with this. Smoke free environment.

This is a very nice double breasted trench coat with a 2 front slash pockets & side vents. Shoulder to shoulder measures 17" x pit to pit measures 25" x shoulder to hem measures 28" x sleeve length measures 25.5".
