I think the figure on this could possibly be a female Genii, but for sure its a female
with her hands outstretched and wearing a long robe
Overall dimensions are 8" long x 6 1/2" wide raised up off the surface to 1 1/2"
and shaped like a comma
The figure is an additional 3 1/2" tall
